Since we provide "made-to-order" products, each item is printed specifically for you once an order is placed. Because of this custom process, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges:
1. Damaged, Defective, or Mislabelled Items
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

- Resolution: If the error is on our end (or our production partner's), we will cover the cost of a replacement or provide a full refund.

3. Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our production facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if applicable).

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our production facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
