Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Sixty Four Customs. All our products are made-to-order especially for you, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver them to you
1. Fulfillment Time
Because we use a print-on-demand process, each item is created only after an order is placed.
  • Processing Time: It typically takes 2–5 business days to create your product and fulfill the order.
  • Fulfillment Centers: We work with a fulfillment partner that has facilities worldwide. Your order will be printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently based on your location. 
2. Shipping Estimates
Shipping time begins after the fulfillment period is complete. Estimated delivery times are as follows: 
  • USA: 3–6 business days
  • Europe: 6–12 business days
  • Canada: 5–15 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days
    Please note: These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to carrier issues or customs processing.
     
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Sixty Four Customs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

5. Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

6. Incorrect Address & Lost Packages
  • Address Errors: If you provide an address that the courier deems insufficient, the shipment will be returned to the fulfillment facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
  • Lost in Transit: If your order hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, please wait an additional 5 business days before contacting us at 164lukecustoms@gmail.com as carriers sometimes experience temporary delays.
